Single Column CNC Vertical Center

The VTC51 series vertical turning-milling centers feature a C-axis, BT50 secondary spindle, and high-capacity ATC, supporting multi-process machining (turning, milling, grinding optional) in one setup. FANUC-equipped, they offer strong rigidity/precision for large-diameter complex parts. With cross-roller bearings, hydraulic clamping, dual-speed gearbox, and 70-bar through-spindle coolant, they ensure torque, thermal stability, and long-term accuracy under intensive cutting. Ideal for aerospace/energy/automotive/heavy machinery, reducing setup time and boosting productivity.

The VTC51 series adopts topology optimization for high-rigidity vertical compound structure design, balancing exceptional rigidity and load-bearing capacity to support integrated turning, milling, drilling, and optional grinding of large-diameter complex contoured parts.

The VTC51 series is equipped with high-torque motorized spindles and BT50 secondary spindles, tailored to match its heavy-duty compound machining requirements, with spindle speeds ranging from 63rpm to 250rpm and motor power from 18.5KW to 37KW.

The VTC51 series features customized high-response AC servo drive solutions, adapting to the efficiency needs of multi-process linkage and large-diameter workpiece machining scenarios.

Relying on robust cross-roller bearings, hydraulic beam clamping, dual-speed gearbox, and excellent thermal stability, the VTC51 series maintains consistent stability and high precision in long-term intensive cutting operations.

The VTC51 series is fitted with an advanced lubrication and cooling system, plus 70-bar through-spindle high-pressure coolant, supporting continuous heavy-duty machining by preventing equipment and spindle thermal deformation.

The VTC51 series uses mainstream FANUC CNC systems, ensuring precise operation, strong compatibility and reliable performance in complex compound machining.

The VTC51 series covers a wide range of heavy-duty compound machining needs, with machining diameter from 1000mm to 2600mm, horizontal/vertical travel up to 1600mm/1000mm, and table load capacity from 3T to 15T, meeting processing requirements for large heavy parts in key industries.

The VTC51 series is configured with high-capacity automatic tool changer (ATC) systems, enabling seamless multi-process continuous machining of turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and boring.

The VTC51 series is equipped with a high-efficiency chip conveyor, promptly handling massive cutting chips to keep the heavy-duty compound machining process smooth.

The VTC51 series’ cutting fluid system delivers high-pressure precise supply, aiding cooling, chip removal, and tool life extension during intensive cutting of large-diameter complex parts.
