The DHCG51 series CNC vertical lathes feature a single-column dynamic beam structure with high-strength cast iron components, ensuring exceptional rigidity, thermal stability, and long-term precision retention. Equipped with servo-driven spindles, linear roller guides, and automatic tool turrets (4- or 8-station options), these machines support efficient turning of inner/outer cylindrical surfaces, conical faces, end faces, grooves, and threads using high-speed steel or carbide tools.

Topology optimization

The DHCG51 series adopts topology optimization for high-strength cast single-column dynamic beam structure design, balancing exceptional rigidity and stable load-bearing capacity to support precision turning of inner/outer cylindrical surfaces, conical faces, end faces, grooves, and threads.

The DHCG51 series is equipped with high-torque servo-driven spindles, tailored to match its efficient turning requirements for various workpieces, with spindle speeds ranging from 400rpm to 800rpm and motor power from 18.5KW to 22KW.

The DHCG51 series features customized high-response AC servo drive solutions, adapting to the efficiency needs of high-speed precision turning and batch production scenarios.

Relying on robust single-column cast structures, linear roller guides and excellent thermal stability, the DHCG51 series maintains consistent stability and IT6-IT7 grade accuracy (surface finish up to Ra 1.6 μm) in long-term operation.

The DHCG51 series is fitted with an advanced lubrication and cooling system, supporting continuous batch machining by preventing equipment and spindle thermal deformation.

The DHCG51 series uses mainstream CNC systems (FANUC/GSK), ensuring precise operation, strong compatibility and user-friendly operation for versatile machining needs.

The DHCG51 series covers a wide range of precision turning needs, with turning diameter from 630mm to 1350mm, machining height up to 900mm, and workpiece load capacity up to 1000kg, meeting processing requirements for automotive parts, motor housings, flanges, and brake discs.

The DHCG51 series is configured with high-precision automatic tool turrets (4-station or 8-station options), enabling seamless multi-process continuous machining of turning, grooving, and threading.

The DHCG51 series is equipped with a chain-plate type high-efficiency chip conveyor, promptly handling turning chips to keep the precision machining process smooth.

The DHCG51 series’ cutting fluid system delivers precise supply, aiding cooling, chip removal, and tool life extension during high-precision turning of various mechanical parts.
